I like the capsules, they are easy to take. It seems to be working, my knees and thighs dont seem to be as puffy as usual. i am going to take for another month and see what happens.

I like that it actually works.

if you deal with swollen hands and feet and legs this product really helps remove the fluid and tightness.

Have been using this supplement for quite awhile

My husband started taking these less than a month ago and we started seeing results w/in the first week. He has always struggled with swollen feet and ankles and his water pills did not help. I highly recommend

it is amazing. i have tried so many other things and nothing helped. a combination of this and vapor rub and my legs are normal size and feel much lighter for the first time in almost 3 years

I can tell a difference in the swelling in my ankles. I have taken for 30 day so far.

I've been using it for 3 months now and it works great.Im in a wheelchair all day so I do get swelling on my feet and calves. This product has reduced the swelling a great deal and doesn't allow the swelling to go up to my knees. I'm able to elevate my feet at night so that helps. They are pretty much normal in the morning. I do plan to continue to use the product.

I haven't used the product long enough, but it seems to be helping to reduce swelling. I'm looking forward to the weeks ahead to see better results. So far, better than anything else I have tried.
